If you would like to register your child/children for 2017 PCA Summer Camp, please complete the registration form, emergency contact and media consent form. If you have more than one child, please make sure all forms are filled out for each child.
Once your child/children’s registration form, emergency contact form and $50 registration fee (per child) is received, your child/children’s name will be placed on a list. *** THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD’S SPOT IN CAMP ***
Acceptance is based on a first come, first serve basis. Once all important information is received for each child, you will receive an additional information packet. Within this packet, it will state whether or not your child/children have a spot for summer camp, as well as more information needed for camp. If your child/children are not accepted, this means that camp is full and they will be placed on the camp’s waiting list. Your registration fee will be mailed back to you and you will be notified if/when an opening occurs.
If you did not receive an acceptance letter, you WILL NOT be able to drop your child off at camp. We have a strict ratio policy to ensure the safety of our campers. Please bring your acceptance letter on the first day of camp.
